Under the Kansas Open Records Act § 45-215 et seq., I am requesting an opportunity to inspect or obtain copies of public records that the Deaths Of Shawn And Danielle Schellenger's be released:

The Deaths Of Shwan And Danielle Schellinger And Since 1975 Over 27,000 when we include Hayrides and Parades Floats By a Passenger Vehicle that Is Towing A Trailer Is "Not Fake News" If the media would do its job then maybe one less death of over 500 will be saved in 2018.

We fully understand why the industry does not want the graphic images of the  trailer and the carnage being released to the family and our organization.

How can the family prevent others from being killed by the same exact towing failure if we can't get the evidence to SHOW THE American people what happens when a trailer come's off the hitch and kills innocent men, women and children? 

It's been four years....(4) years and Howard Baker the killer of two (2) parents is still free as a free bird and how he killed them is still not being released so we can prove that the Deaths Of Shawn And Danielle Schellenger was and is not

How Can We Prove It When The Police Not Release The Facts?

The Most Recent Update On The Never Ending Killer's Trial

The court held the phone conference this morning and is seems that Mr. Baker is still undergoing chemotherapy. The Court has advised Mr. Baker’s attorney’s that he has set a Pre Trial Hearing for 6/22/2018 @ 1030 am and that Mr. Baker and Mr. O’Hara need to be here for that hearing. As for a copy of the report you will need to contact the Great Bend Police Department to speak to them about seeing what there policy is about getting a copy of their report. Their case number is G14-C-2833.

Who is the Great Bend Police Department Protecting?  Why The Massive Effort Not To Release The Facts?  We All Knew What Happened To The Space Shuttle Right?
