If a 98 Year old or anybody wanted to drive a Motorcycle they would be required to enroll in a Motorcycle class and learn how to drive one.  Then would be required to pass a state test on a Motorcycle.

If this very same 98 Year Old or anybody wanted to drive a RV That is bigger than a greyhound bus and tow a trailer and then a car behind the trailer....they can with only a regular license.  Did  you know that?
