In 1971 J. Standard Baker Quoted " Drivers Towing Trailers  Are Four (4) Times As Unsafe As Those In Cars Alone! 

Let's get this straight the lawmakers address this issue but not small horse trailers?   More horses will be killed by a Farmer or A person who is towing a small two or three horse trailer in 2019 alone than these big ones. 

More men, women and children will be killed by a passenger vehicle that is towing a trailer than these horse trailers and we simply ask why not a " Utility, Boat And Horse Transportation Safety Act"  addressing non-commercial trailer operators? 

We expose them all becauase all of these lawmakers support legislation that only fixes 1/2 of the issues pushed by certain lobby groups with their endless financial support of donors.
