Updates with lanes, onramp reopened

One westbound lane of the 60 freeway and the westbound on ramp at Main Street in Riverside were shut down late Wednesday morning, May 27, as Caltrans removed a 20-foot trailer from atop a guardrail and utility pole.

The trailer came loose from a pickup about 9:50 a.m. The closure, which included the No. 3 lane, happened about 10:40 a.m.

The lane reopened about 11:15 a.m., and the on ramp reopened about 11:25, the California Highway Patrol website said.
